"The way I see it isn't necessarily the way you see it....Or the way it is or ought to be...What's more important is that we're all looking for it and a way to see it."

A Few of my Favorite Visual Artists...in no particular order...
@John: GREAT top ten post! And I love it when my "youth shows" haha. I have so much more to add about my choices...some day! @Wm: Seurat rocked...you should be jealous ;-)
I am Kristi Bain and I am leaving my comment for teachers as a part of Dr. Strange's EDM 310 course. I was actually enrolled in your art for elementary teachers course this past summer which I truly enjoyed. I am not a huge fan of art because I cannot draw but to look at others work fascinates me. I have a good friend who is an art major and is always showing me pieces particularly photography. I enjoy Andy Warhol because his work is so different and sticks out. I completed my brochure in your course on Romare Bearden. I did not know anything about him until your course. I was drawn into his work through what you taught us. So these are the two artists I enjoy most!
I am truly OBSESSED with this video. I thought that it was very well put together and all of the women were very beautiful in their own way. Thank you!
Hello Ms. Baggett, my name is Kenneth Nelson and I am doing my comments for teachers assignment. I can say I would not generally watch anything like this but the video was great. The portraits and photos of the ladies came to life on my screen and it was very well constructed. I felt a 3D effect coming through the screen as the photos rotated and my eyes truly saw the art.
So glad you viewed and enjoyed the video Kenneth & Allie. It certainly is one of my favorites...powerful music, beautiful art, fascinating transitions and mesmerizing women. What's not to love?

Georges Seurat http://www.georgesseurat.org/ is my favorite which is why I am so jealous of you right now!
Five of yours are in my top ten list. Your youth shows in your other selections. Lots of fun. Now I will do my books.
